After your booking is confirmed, all tour details will be emailed to the nominated group contact person. This person is responsible for sharing the details with other passengers in the group.

Our wine tours are priced for a group of up to six passengers, with a minimum booking requirement of four. If your group has fewer than six people, you will still be responsible for the full tour price, and the cost per person will adjust accordingly.

Your tour price includes:

• Pick-up and drop-off: We'll collect you from your accommodation in Cessnock or Pokolbin.

• Transport: Our iconic 1961 Kombi van will be your stylish ride.

Yes, you can! Our Kombi is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, so you can easily connect your device and enjoy your favourite tunes along the way.

Absolutely! We offer a "Plan Your Own Adventure" tour option, where you can choose your preferred wineries and set your own pace. Our guide is happy to assist you in creating a personalised itinerary to suit your preferences.

We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. During warmer months, lighter, breathable fabrics are ideal. In cooler months, layers are recommended. As you'll be visiting wineries, smart-casual attire is generally appropriate.

We recommend booking your wedding transport as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular dates can book up quickly, so it's best to secure your booking well in advance.

Yes, you can hire the Kombi for your wedding ceremony, reception, or any other event. We can create a customised package to suit your needs.

Our Kombi is 65 years old and although it is now much better in many ways than a modern vehicle, it does not have air conditioning. It can get quite warm (rarely) on excessively hot days.

Red Carpet Kombi reserves the right to offer our guests the option of not going ahead with the booked tour if the weather appears excessively hot. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible in such circumstances and the choice is yours. Should you decide to go ahead with your tour that will be okay. Should you decide to cancel, we will offer you a full refund or reschedule your booking at the earliest convenience. Note again, this will be a rare occurrence. In the event of a mechanical issue with Kombi (again, a rare event), we will offer you the same choice – full refund or reschedule.

For cancellations made by you:

• 2+ months before: Full refund

• 1 month before: 50% refund

• Less than 1 month before: No refund

To ensure a smooth experience, we may need to cancel tours due to extreme weather conditions. If this occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule your booking.

A 5% surcharge applies to all bookings made on public holidays. This ensures we can provide the same exceptional service during these busy times. The surcharge will be included in your quote, so there are no surprises when booking.
